Week 1: Advanced Dinking

• Master the why, how, when, and where of high-level dinks

Week 2: Dinking – Next Level

• Holding the line at the NVZ and volleying out of the air
• Mastering shallow, precise dinks

Week 3: Drop Shot Precision

• Drop shot placement for control and pressure
• Using drops to transition to the NVZ

Week 4: Blocking, Resets & Backhands

• Softening pace and resetting the rally
• Backhand fundamentals and partner movement

Week 5: Backhand Progression & Lob Defense

• Building a reliable backhand
• Reading and defending lobs effectively

Week 6: Serving

• Serve speed and placement
• Core game strategy
