How do I become a member?
Create your account and pay for membership through our on-line member management system called Playbypoint.
What does it cost to play?
Proshot Pickleball offers varying levels of membership. Each membership level has an hourly rate attached to it. As a member your hourly membership rate will follow you for all open plays, court rentals and social plays. DUPR events, leagues and clinics will incur an additional fee.

*Proshot Pickleball is a cashless facility and all members are required to have a credit card on file
*Waiver of Liability: each participant must sign the Proshot Pickleball waiver of liability
How do I book a court?
All Proshot Members may reserve a court in advance through our Playbypoint software. Booking windows vary based on your level of membership. Please review EXPLORE MEMBERSHIPS for more information on booking windows.
Non-Members are able to book a court 2 days in advance. Please call 609-867-6439 if need help reserving a court.
When booking a private court rental members must add additional players to the reservation. Each player in the group must have a profile in our software, whether they're a member or non-member and sign the Assumption of risk and waiver of liability agreement .
When booking a private court rental your credit card will be authorized if one is on file. When you arrive to the facility you will be checked in at the front desk and the payment will be finalized "captured". When you add players to your court rental the software will default for you to pay for everyone. To pay for just yourself uncheck the box next to each player in your group titled "Include Payment".
What is the Proshot Pickleball Cancellation Policy?
Court Reservations:
We ask that Private court rentals be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the session being charged in full to your account
Open Plays & Social Plays:
Open plays and Social plays must be cancelled at least 24 hours* before the scheduled start time of the event or you risk the session being charged in full to your account.
Lessons & Clinics:
We ask that instructional reservations be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. We understand that things happen and plans change. If you need to cancel a lesson or clinic within the 48 hour window please contact us.
*Proshot Pickleball's membership structure gives distinct booking window advantage to our highest level of membership. To prevent overbooking of events and then "No-Shows" we must enforce this policy to allow non-members the opportunity to visit. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy please see a member of our team.
What is the maximum number of players that can rent a court?
The maximum number of players the system will allow for a private court reservation is 6 with a minimum of 1. Court rentals are a minimum of 1 hour with a maximum of 3 hours. Each individual on the reservation will be charged their hourly rate for the reservation with a max payment per hour of $60.
*Players must create a profile within the Proshot system prior to playing at our facility. If you do not create a profile prior you will be asked to do so when you arrive. Proshot Pickleball will not be responsible for a delay of your start time to complete this setup. If you have any questions about this please contact us prior to your arrival.
Guests/Non-Members
Proshot Pickleball encourages guests of the facility and are sure they will see the value of membership after their visit. Guests of Proshot do not have the same reservation privileges as members. Guests can join a private court rental but will be limited for all open plays and social plays. Guests should create a profile with our court management software Playbypoint prior to visiting. Guests will be charged $15 per hour for all private court rentals. Non-Member prices vary for open plays, social plays. Please check the program for pricing information.
Guests may add their name to an open play or social play list 4 days prior to the event.
Gusts will be required to create a payment profile to pay for their time at Proshot. To create a payment profile login in to your account, go to your profile and choose payment. Here you can enter your Credit Card information. Proshot is a "Cashless Facility" so a payment profile is required for all guests. If you fail to create a profile prior to visiting please arrive 15 mins early to complete this setup with a member of our team.
Rates for all other activities such as clinics, private instruction, leagues and DUPR events will be advertised with the event.
Types of Play
Open Plays
What is Open Play? Open play is a regularly-scheduled, organized event where players can play without partners. Players rotate in and out for 2 hours or 2.5 hours to mix/match with other players of similar skill levels, creating a fun, dynamic, and social environment. “Open Play” events allow you to meet other club members through multiple games during the session.
Proshot Pickleball offers 3 levels of open play. Each level is design to offer the most competitive matches for all participants. If you are unsure of your level please see a member of our team for more information on how to receive an accurate rating.
- The "Starter" open play session is geared towards the raw beginner and advanced beginning player. Recommended for those players with a rating of 3.0 or lower.
- The "Intermediate" open play session is geared towards the intermediate player. Recommended for those players with a rating of 3.0-4.0.
- The "Advanced" open play session is geared towards the higher level player. Recommended for those with a skill rating 4.0 or better.

Social Plays
Proshot Pickleball offers varied Social Play options. These programs are designed to mix all levels of play in a fun, social environment. We hope this will be an opportunity for all levels to mix together. These events will give lower level players an opportunity to compete against players of greater skill to measure their game. A challenge court may be implemented on 1 or 2 courts during these events. Please see challenge court rules listed under the events description for more information.
Private Court Rentals
Proshot Pickleball will offer private court rentals to those looking to play in a small organized group. Each players level of membership will determine their hourly rate for the court rental. (visit EXPLORE MEMBERSHIPS for more information on hourly rates) Members who reserve a court will be able to add both members and non-members to a reservation. Every player in the group must have a Proshot Pickleball profile prior to play. It is preferred that non-members create a profile prior to their visit here CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
Non-Members will be unable to reserve a private court through our booking software. If you are interested in reserving a court and you are a non-member please contact us.
The max number of participants for a private court rental is 6
Singles Play court rentals
Private court rentals are available for singles play. If two players rent a court for drilling or singles play they will be charged double rate for their time. Example. Two purple members ($8 per hour) rent a court for 1 hour of singles the charge would be $16 per hour per person.

Ball Machine Rentals
Proshot Pickleball has a Lobster ball machine available for rental. The ball machine is only available to be booked during the hours of 11am & 4pm Monday-Friday and it's use is limited to court number 7 during those times, blackout dates may apply. Ball machines can only be booked for the hour and the fee is $35 per hour for the court and ball machine. Ball machine rentals are for a maximum of 2 players for the hour.
*Founders level members as part of their membership will receive 1 hour per month. If Founders level members bring a guest the hourly rate is $10 for the additional person.
